All greeting card and paper goods sales are final. Because these items are printed in small batches and/or made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate orders, wrong occasion, or customer ordering error.

If your card arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a fulfillment or shipping error.
