We are not spectators.
A Small Reminder
There are days when the world feels very large and our place in it feels very small.
AGERE. came from wanting to remember otherwise.
Not that we control everything. We don’t.
But we still choose how we move through the world. What we notice. What we care for. What we make room for. What we support. What we stand up for. What we protect. What we begin.
Those choices may be quiet.
They are still choices. We still have agency.
They still move something.
AGERE.
to do. to act. to set in motion.
That is the reminder.

I kept coming back to that.
Not because it promises that we can fix everything.
Because it reminds us that we are still here, still choosing, still capable of moving something forward.
Sometimes a reminder is enough to begin.
