We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund or store credit.
How it works
1st - Please email returns@simplyedynandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns requested after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for refund or store credit.
2nd - Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and step-by-step instructions.
3rd - Pack your item securely and include your invoice with the RA# clearly written or circled.
4th - Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Important notes
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
– Final sale, gift cards, and limited-edition pieces are not eligible for return.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your selection.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive the correct size or style, please return your original item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order at your convenience.
