WEAR THE MISSION
Introducing the humanKIND Tee: A Rally Cry in Cotton
Our mission is not simple.
It’s human.
This tee isn’t just fabric and ink—it’s a statement of who we are when the world asks us to look away.
We are the ones who choose empathy when cruelty is convenient.
We speak justice fluently and refuse to forget our humanity.
We believe in radical dignity—for everyone, everywhere.
This is not softness. This is resistance.
Because the future is watching.
And we are still humanKIND.
I created the humanKIND tee for the people who still believe: in each other, in equity, in the right to live with dignity no matter your background, your body, your faith, your name, or your neighborhood.
This is for the ones showing up to protest on June 14th—No Kings Day—not just to speak out against authoritarianism, but to honor the radical idea that power belongs to the people. It’s for Juneteenth. For July 4th. For the mothers, teachers, nurses, artists, organizers, and quiet neighbors who still say “we” in a world that keeps choosing “me.”
It’s for everyone who believes that kindness is not weakness, and truth is not negotiable.
I’m creating this with the hope that it raises both awareness and funds for those fighting real battles—for food, for housing, for healthcare, for visibility. I live with chronic health conditions that affect every part of my life—yet I still believe in showing up, in whatever way I can, to offer something meaningful. I know what it’s like to be unseen in a system that was never built for you.
So this is also personal.
A portion of all proceeds from this launch will support:
-
Local food banks tackling food insecurity head-on
-
The Austin Opera, for keeping the arts—and shared humanity—alive
-
Women’s health equity, including chronic illness and midlife care research. (Potential partners include The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR), The Endometriosis Foundation of America, and the Black Women’s Health Imperative.)
You’re not just buying a shirt.
You’re wearing a vow.
A vow to care. To resist. To be kind.
To be human—and to fight for a world that remembers what that really means.
Let’s show them who we are.
